USB MAX II Blaster (Altera CPLD / FPGA Programmer) NIOS JTAG is a USB ISP programmer for programming Altera's range of FPGA and CPLD devices. This programmer is also ideally suited for the Altera development boards. This programmer is compatible with Altera's Quartus development tools (Use USB blaster in programmer hardware settings).
