Control Features:

• REC (RECORD): Activated when the pin is HIGH for recording. Release to stop.
• PLAYE (PLAY Edge): Playback activated on HIGH transition, stops at End-Of-Message (EOM).
• PLAYL (PLAY Level): Playback active when the pin is HIGH until set to LOW or EOM is reached.
• PTREPEAT (REPEAT Jumper): Enables continuous playback.
