Description:

The Heatsink Thermal Conductive Plaster is a one-component room-temperature vulcanized silica gel designed to bond various heatsinks requiring strong adhesion. It has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation, with a wide temperature range from -60°C to 200°C, and can resist short-term high temperatures of up to 300°C. It has a short surface curing time and strong adhesion, making it suitable for use in electronics, electrical appliances, instruments, and other industries. The product has elastic bonding properties, providing efficient heat dissipation and insulation. It is non-toxic, solvent-free, and has a long storage period. Before use, clean the surface of the heatsink with alcohol to ensure a clean surface for application.

Principle of Work:

The Heatsink Thermal Conductive Plaster is a one-component room-temperature vulcanized silica gel that is used to directly bond various heatsinks that require strong adhesion. It has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties, with a wide temperature range of -60°C to 200°C and the ability to resist short-term high temperatures of up to 300°C. To use, clean the surface of the heatsink with alcohol before application. Then, extrude the product and rub it onto the surface of the heatsink, making sure to cover it immediately after use to avoid any potential trial issues. It is recommended to apply a thickness of 0.1-0.5mm, with thinner applications being more effective. The surface fixed speed is related to the relative humidity and temperature in the air, with higher temperatures leading to faster curing speeds. The product has elastic bonding properties, providing efficient heat dissipation and insulation, and is non-toxic, solvent-free, and has a long storage period.

Applications:

  1. Electronics: The plaster is used to bond heatsinks to electronic components such as CPUs, GPUs, and power transistors to prevent overheating and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Electrical appliances: The plaster is used to bond heatsinks to components in electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines to prevent overheating and prolong their lifespan.
  3. Instruments: The plaster is used to bond heatsinks to components in instruments such as amplifiers and audio equipment to prevent overheating and improve sound quality.
