This product is a WS2812B LED Ring with 15LEDs. There are easily solderable pads on this circuit board for soldering wires.
This ring consists of a set of four pieces that have to be soldered together to form a ring. Pegs are included for this.
The colour of the LED is controlled by the built-in chip. You can place a lot of these LEDs behind each other and control them digitally with just 1 pin. The LED is usually supplied with the commonly used 5V voltage.
Various platforms offer support for this LED.
