Description

The ADXL346 is an all-in-one 3-axis acceleration measurement Module. It has selectable measurement ranges of 2 g, 4 g, 8 g, and 16 g. The component can measure not only the dynamic acceleration caused by movement or shock, but also the static acceleration caused by gravity, allowing it to function as a tilt sensor. The sensor employs a micromachining structure of polycrystal surface and is placed on the wafer's surface. The polycrystal spring hangs over the wafer's surface structure and provides the resistance caused by the acceleration. The differential capacitance independent fixed board is combined with the active mass connection board and can measure the structure's deviation.
