Encoder Photoelectric Speed Sensor with Coded Disc

Description

The photoelectric encoder module is made up of two discs that are placed crosswise to one another. On one disc, there is a light source, and on the other, there are two photoresistors that catch the light. There is a rotating disk with uniformly spaced slits between these disks. The light receivers A and B are alternately linked and unconnected by spinning this movable disc. So, the outputs will produce a square wave. These pulses can be counted to determine the rotational speed. Additionally, there is a 90 degree phase difference between the two outputs A and B, allowing us to determine the rotation's direction by determining which output is in front of the other.
